Hotel and travel arrangements

• Note: There is a $600 limit for domestic flights and $1800 limit for international flights. Please contact us if these limits pose a problem for you.

Meals

• Breakfast and lunch will be provided on May 12 and 13 at Rosenwald Hall.
• On May 12, a reception and dinner will be held at Osteria Via Stato, 620 N. State Street, Chicago. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m.
• Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Transportation

• For airport transfers, please contact Tower Travel or keep taxi receipts for reimbursements.
• University bus will be provided for roundtrip transportation from downtown to campus in Hyde Park.
• If you need a taxi please call in advance Yellow Cab, (T-A-X-I-C-A-B, or 312-829-4222).
